The recordings on High Heaven document an impromptu jam between Michael Hamilton, Christopher Berning and J. Stout during a band rehearsal in 2014. These compositions were never rehearsed and have never been played since. It was just a chance happening that we just so happen to capture on our Zoom field recorder.

I've sat on this recording for many years, wanting to release it in some capacity ,at some point. Upon returning to it recently (after nearly forgetting it) I realized I was still proud of it and enjoyed listening to it. Its psychedelic, spacey and stoner metal vibes made it seem like a perfect candidate to release in celebration of 4/20, so I made the nearly split second decision to release it, scrambling to prepare it in time for release.

Just a forewarning- the recording is rough around the edges (recorded on a field recorder) and the performances aren't perfect, but I still feel that in the end it's a fun and exciting composition that exemplifies some of our other influences that may not normally be obvious in a lot of our other material.
